Account Deletion

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, email us at support@abidii.app from the email address associated with your account.

Include your name, account email, and "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and account information
• Learning progress and saved content
• App preferences and settings

We may retain minimal billing records as required by law.

Timeframe

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Subscription Cancellation

Please cancel your subscription in the App Store or Play Store before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
