Delete your Abidii account

Delete it in the app

The quickest way. In the Abidii app:

1. 1Open the Me tab.
2. 2Tap Settings.
3. 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. 4Confirm with "Yes, Delete My Account".

Can't open the app? Email support@abidii.app from the email address you use with Abidii, and we'll delete the account for you.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, username, avatar and settings
• Your learning: progress, streaks, cowries, saved words and flashcards
• Your scores, achievements and leaderboard entries
• Your notification settings and device details

We keep purchase records for as long as the law requires, and statistics that no longer identify you.

When it happens

Your account is deactivated straight away and you're signed out on all your devices. Everything is permanently deleted 30 days later. Changed your mind? Sign in to the Abidii app again within those 30 days and tap "Keep my account" (or email us and we'll restore it). After that, it can't be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Apple and Google handle payments, so cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions to avoid being charged again.
